The vast majority of weight loss methods involve reducing the total calorie intake in the diet. Using this approach is necessary for the body to start using long-term accumulated fat reserves for energy. This effect of the chemical diet is explained by the fact that when forming its diet, the emphasis is on proteins and special combinations of products that act as a trigger for activating metabolic reactions in the body necessary for the breakdown of fat deposits.

  4. Also on the list of permitted foods on a chemical diet are most fruits and vegetables, whole grain treats and bran bread; black, herbal and green teas; still mineral water, natural coffee.
  5. A sufficient number of types of food are prohibited - potatoes, sugar and all types of sweets, any fat (of vegetable and animal origin); almost all flour products, alcoholic beverages. Grapes, bananas, figs, dates and raisins should not be eaten from fruits. The absolute majority of fermented milk products and drinks, as well as milk itself, are subject to the strictest taboos.
  6. You should drink at least 1 liter of clean table water per day. It is preferable to absorb liquid in the intervals between meals, and not during the meal itself.
  7. You must salt food in moderation. In general, the less the better. And this should be done immediately before serving the diet meal.
  8. Food can be steamed, grilled, baked and stewed. Oil, herbs and spices cannot be added to food.
  9. Every morning you must weigh yourself and record your body weight. But this manipulation must be performed exactly after bowel movement.
  10. You should eat until you feel full. Overeating is prohibited!
  11. The optimal period for following a chemical diet is seven days, so it is better to start losing weight from Monday.
  12. You can follow this weight loss method for a maximum of 1 month.
  13. If you feel a strong feeling of hunger in the intervals between meals, it is allowed to give small snacks in the form of a fresh cucumber or tomato, preferably without salt.
  14. The last meal should be no later than two hours before going to sleep. In this case, the food will have time to be completely digested, and the resulting calories will not be able to turn into fat deposits on the body.

  • high probability of general weakness, fatigue, dizziness and even bad mood;
  • prohibition of intense physical activity (should be moderate);
  • monotony of food and especially breakfast;
  • the presence of a large number of contraindications.

As for the latter, the chemical diet is unacceptable for people with liver and kidney pathologies, endocrine diseases (except diabetes); for problems with the gastrointestinal tract, allergies to citrus fruits and/or chicken eggs, as well as fish. Chemical diet with eggs for a week

As the name of the food system suggests, its main product is chicken eggs. They should only be consumed cooked. Other dishes are brought to a state by resorting to food cooking methods such as stewing, baking, steaming and same cooking. They follow three meals a day for all seven days. Dinner is served between 18: 00 and 20: 00 in the evening.

  2. During the second day, it is allowed to eat only vegetables - fresh or stewed. You can't add oil to them!
  3. The third day is reserved for eating fruits or vegetables of your choice.
  4. The fourth day is the day of meat. It is suitable for absorbing chicken, turkey fillet or lean meat of domestic animals. This product can be boiled, baked, stewed or steamed/grilled.
  5. On the fifth day, hunger is satisfied with only one type of ripe fruit.

The day that ends the third seven-day week prescribes the consumption of fruit, and only one type of fruit.

Fourth week.

During this period, when forming a diet, they proceed in the same way as the previous week: they divide the entire daily amount of products into several equal parts. The main thing is that you clearly consume the amount of diet food that is listed on the menu.

  3. Day III.The daily menu consists of homemade low-fat fresh cheese (100 g), two tomatoes, vegetable stew (200 g), one slice of rye bread and the pulp of two grapefruits.
  4. Day IV.It is spent enjoying the taste of tomato and cucumber salad (to prepare this dish, take two vegetables of the mentioned types), chicken fillet - boiled or steamed (200 g), one orange and one piece of integral bread.
  5. Day VDuring the day, they eat finely chopped white cabbage (300 g), three small tomatoes, an omelet made of two eggs and one citrus fruit of any kind.
  6. Day VI.The daily menu consists of low-fat fine-grained fresh cheese (100 g), pulp of one orange and grapefruit, boiled chicken fillet (200 g), and the same amount of non-starchy vegetable salad.
  7. Day VII.His diet consists of steamed or baked fish (200 g), tomato and fresh cucumber salad, homemade young cheese (150 g) and a slice of Borodino bread.

Chemical diet with curd
